Weapon Focus: At 1st level the Soldier gains Weapon Focus as a bonus feat.
Weapon Specialization: At 2nd level the Soldier gains Weapon Specialization as a bonus feat.
Bonus Feat: At 3rd, 6th, and 9th level a Soldier gains a bonus feat from the following list: Advanced Firearms Proficiency, Armor Proficiency (any), Brawl, Burst Fire, Cleave, Cleaving Finish, Double Tap, Exotic Firearms Proficiency, Exotic Weapon Proficiency, Far Shot, Improved Autofire, Improved Knockout Punch, Knockout Punch, Point Blank Shot, Power Attack
Fire and Maneuver: At 3rd level a Soldier learns to pin an enemy in position while his allies seek a more advantageous position from which to attack. When using the Suppressing Fire action, the Save DC increases by +4
Tactician: At 4rd level, a Soldier receives a teamwork feat as a bonus feat. He must meet the prerequisites for this feat. As a standard action, the Soldier can grant this feat to all allies within 30 feet who can see and hear him. Allies retain the use of this bonus feat for 3 rounds plus 1 round for every two levels the Soldier possesses. Allies do not need to meet the prerequisites of these bonus feats. The Soldier can use this ability once per day at 1st level, plus one additional time per day at 5th level and for every 5 levels thereafter.
Improved Critical: At 5th level a Soldier gains Improved Critical as a bonus feat.
Improved Reaction: A 7th level a Soldier gains a +2 competence bonus on initiative rolls.
Greater Weapon Specialization: At 8th level a Soldier gains Greater Weapon Specialization as a bonus feat.
Greater Tactician: At 9th level, the Soldier receives an additional teamwork feat as a bonus feat. He must meet the prerequisites for this feat. The Soldier can grant this feat to his allies using the tactician ability. Using the tactician ability is now a swift action.
Critical Strike: At 10th level when threatening a critical hit with a weapon he has applied Weapon Specialization to, he may automatically confirm the critical hit by spending an Action point.
